In 2011, I joined a small team at Identity Works in Stockholm to help an alliance of banks launch a pioneering new mobile payments service. My contributions included prelaunch concepts (“Social payments”), launch ideas (introducing “Swisha” as a verb), positioning, as well as some UI and communication design. Swish took off.
